Ghana Teachers Association

The Ghana Teachers Association (GTA) exists to celebrate teachers, improve their welfare and wellbeing, empower them economically, and unite them as respected drivers of national development.

Why GTA Exists

Teachers are the backbone of national development, yet too often their sacrifices go unrecognized and unsupported.

GTA was formed to restore dignity, celebrate excellence, and empower teachers to live well and lead boldly—without replacing the role of traditional unions.
